About Jessie

Jessie Olson grew up in a small Central Massachusetts town with lots of trees and a complete lack of restraint on her imagination. Adulthood has granted her opportunity to stretch that imagination further by working in museums displaying medieval history, a child's playland nirvana, and the whimsical design of a Dabsville mainstay.

Writing has always been a part of that imagination. She writes a blog about all sorts of subjects – light and frothy as well as questioning the topics that polite conversation recommends avoiding. An Ever Fixed Mark is her first novel.

In addition to the written word, Jessie finds a pleasant occupation of time whilst performing in local theater, cooking up something for a dinner party, or watching a ridiculous number of hours of BBC television on Netflix.
